Secret Garden: An Inky Treasure Hunt by Johanna Basford
Johanna Basford is a Scottish illustrator and her hand drawn illustrations are mostly in black and white. A graduate of the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art and Design in Dundee, Basford’s illustrations are found in many products including wallpapers, bottles and even tattoos. She does not use computers for her work as she finds them soulless, instead she draws by hand in her own little studio in a converted farm. In 2010 Basford was commissioned to illustrate the cover of Edinburgh Festival Fringe program for that year.
